Neurophilosophy

The Neurosciences are increasingly weighing in on what was traditionally the realm of psychology, philosophy and religion. This has bred the new field of Neurophilosophy.

As dramatic new discoveries are made, human cultures are faced with both danger and opportunity. The stakes are extremely high and may well determine the future of humanity. The propensity of the neurosciences to view humans as robots and to downplay the role of consciousness in the regulation of behavior is particularly troubling.
